When we opened our first auto body repair shop in 1977, we didn’t just want to compete. We wanted to set a new standard for quality and service in our industry.
More than 40 years later, we’re still raising the bar. One way is through our management team’s direct participation in virtually all industry associations, which guide how our governments and government-owned companies – such as ICBC – come up with regulations and guidelines that affect our industry.
We also stay active in trade schools, with investments that enable us to demonstrate repair techniques while connecting with tomorrow’s top talent.
Whether through continual technological upgrades, education, system improvements or our relentless desire for perfection, for as long as there are vehicles on the roads, Craftsman will be finding better ways to repair them.

And yes, we mean lifetime – protecting you from defective workmanship or materials for as long as you own your vehicle. It doesn’t get any better than that.
